When registering, please fill in ADA information with INCLUSION REQUEST on the registration form. If needed, a one-on-one aide will work with your child. Upon an initial assessment, services that are deemed appropriate based on each individual will be provided. Champaign-Urbana Special Recreation offers inclusion services for Champaign Park District programs.Children should bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and afternoon snack. Fee includes supplies, equipment, morning snack, and field trips. The Champaign Park District is your child’s destination for positive, educational, and productive programs when school is out.
